Dr. Billy Graham, The Offense of the Cross, 1958 Crusade

Billy GrahamI present this to help us anchor our souls to the cross.  Lift the cross. Cling to the cross.  Encounter the cross and experience Jesus’ forgiveness.

About Lift the Cross of Jesus!

My day job is writing--I'm an author and publisher of a number of books. More on that later. But there is nothing of greater importance to me than the early morning hours I spend with the Creator of the Universe. Although He knows everything there is to know, His greatest delight isn't to give us knowledge, but to give us love. My highest joy is to watch the sun rise with notebook in hand and write the words he speaks to my heart. I want to share some of those words with you here . . . words on the cross.

  1. Larry Who says:

Almost 60 years ago, I attended a Billy Graham crusade with my parents. Sadly, his words flew over my head and did not touch my heart. It sure would have saved me a lot of trouble if I would have listened.

  2. Larry, God bless Mom and Dad for taking you and planting those seeds. I took my son to Dr. Billy Graham’s last crusade in Baltimore. He had no idea how honored he was to hear Andrae Crouch, Sandra Crouch, and Dr. Billy Graham all in one evening! But even more, he heard the gospel. For those who don’t know, in 2014 God sent evangelists Greg Laurie, Franklin Graham, Will Graham, and Reinhard Bonnke to preach the gospel in PENNSYLVANIA. ALL those seeds are planted. May God reap a harvest in this state and yours.
